Shipping

 

Shipping is free within Australia (on most pieces, sometimes rates are applied on specific works). Rates are applied at checkout but If you have any queries for international shipping please contact me by using the contact form here.

Artwork is typically packed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Unfortunately I am unable to take responsibility for any additional local customs and duties the receiver's order.

Returns

 

Where I am most confident you will love your chosen work, if you do change your mind on an artwork I can provide a refund within 7 days and once the work has been returned safely to the Laura Thomas studio. Returns costs are to be covered by the buyer.

Refunds for artwork that has been damaged during transit are also provided.

I appreciate it can be difficult to decide so I am always more than happy to provide further imagery/information to help in choosing your forever artwork. Please do however, contact me anytime if you do encounter issues or have questions. I will always do my best to assist with my valued collectors.
